Saffron Peirogi Dough

 
Directions for use

Please remove the peirogi dough from the freezer 15 minutes prior to use and then separate the dough sheets. Remove the dough sheets plastic wrap after they are almost defrosted and can be shaped and put them in the donut pan. Fill the dough with desired peirogi fillings that you have previously prepared. Seal the dough edges by hand or peirogi pan. Now you can fry both sides of the peirogis in a proper frying pan containing mildly preheated frying oil , as much as you desire, before the dough is dry and brittle
